What counts as a billable appointment?
A confirmed time with a qualified homeowner, at their property, where they actually show up and you get to present your estimate. If the homeowner isn't there, it doesn't count and we replace it free. If it happens and they're present, that's a billable appointment — that's the entire definition.
What happens when a homeowner doesn't show up?
You pay nothing and we book you a replacement appointment at no charge. No-shows are our risk, not yours — that's the core of the model. You only ever pay for appointments that happen with the homeowner present.
Seriously — no contracts and no upfront fees?
Seriously. We front the ad spend, the systems, and the booking work, and we only get paid when appointments happen. Our emblem is 'we don't make money if you don't make money' — this is that sentence turned into a pricing model.
Are the appointments exclusive, or shared like HomeAdvisor leads?
Exclusive. One appointment, one contractor: you. We're not a lead marketplace selling the same homeowner to five companies who then race to lowball each other. The homeowner is expecting you, specifically, at a time you agreed to.
Which trades and areas qualify?
Home services contractors in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach — roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, remodeling, impact windows, solar, and most other trades with real ticket sizes. You'll need a license, insurance, and the crew capacity to actually run the appointments. Outside South Florida? Contact us — expanding to your market is absolutely on the table.
How much does each appointment cost?
It depends on your trade and average ticket — a roof replacement appointment and a faucet repair appointment aren't the same product. We'll give you the exact per-appointment price on a quick call, before you commit to anything. It'll be a number, not a 'it depends' — that part we promise.
Why is this only in South Florida?
Because guaranteeing show-ups requires knowing a market cold — the neighborhoods, the seasonality, what homeowners respond to. South Florida is where our founder spent 6 years in construction, so it's where we can make this promise with a straight face.
