Pay-per-show roofing appointments, booked as real inspections.
Most roofing leads are a name, a phone number and three other roofers calling the same house. We skip that part. Homeowners who need a roof are called in minutes, verified, and booked onto your calendar for an inspection — exclusive to you.
Checked before it's on your calendar
What we verify on every roofing appointment
- Owns the home — checked against the property record, not taken on faith
- Needs a replacement or real roof work, not a single-shingle patch
- What's going on up there: leaks, missing shingles, age, an adjuster's visit
- Retail or insurance — noted on the appointment so you walk in with the right conversation
- The decision-maker home, with time for you to get on the roof and present
Where roofing jobs leak before they sign.
A homeowner who just found a stain on the ceiling, got a letter from their insurance company about an old roof, or watched the neighbor's crew tear one off. They want to know what it'll take — and the first roofer who calls back usually gets to tell them.
Everybody calls the same house
On a shared roofing lead, the homeowner hears from three or four companies in an hour. The one who signs usually got there first or came in cheapest — neither is a great way to win.
Repairs wearing a replacement costume
A leak around a pipe boot isn't a full roof. Unqualified forms send your best closer across town for a job that tops out in the hundreds.
Nobody there who can sign
Present to a tenant, a teenager or a neighbor and you'll hear 'I'll pass it along' — then the owner calls the next roofer.
Four ways to buy roofing work. Only one is pay per show.
The price per lead is the wrong number. What matters is what you're paying for: a name, a time on the calendar, or a homeowner who's actually home.
Shared leads
You pay for: a name and a number
The same roofing homeowner is sold to several contractors at once. You race them to the phone, then race them on price.
Exclusive leads
You pay for: a name and a number, yours alone
Better — but somebody on your side still has to call in minutes, qualify, book and confirm every one.
Pay per appointment
You pay for: a time on your calendar
Booked for you — but you pay for every one that's set. Nobody home at 6pm? You paid for it anyway.
Pay per show
You pay for: a decision-maker who's home
Skip the roofing leads entirely: a verified homeowner on your calendar, exclusive to you. If nobody's home, you don't pay.
Run the per-appointment math with your own numbers: what an appointment costs you in-house · pay per lead vs. pay per appointment vs. pay per show
Why roofing is won in the first hour
Roofing demand comes in waves. A storm rolls through, every homeowner on the street finds a stain on the ceiling the same week, and every roofer in the county buys the same leads and calls the same numbers. In that week, the job rarely goes to the best roofer. It goes to the one who got there first and got the decision-maker on the driveway.
That's why a roofing appointment is worth more than a roofing lead. By the time it reaches your calendar, the homeowner has already talked to a person, confirmed it's a replacement and not a patch, told us whether there's an adjuster involved, and picked a time when the decision-maker is home. You're not racing anyone to the phone — you're the only one with a time on the calendar.

Roofing questions, straight answers.
Do you book retail or insurance roofing jobs?
Both. We ask on the first call whether it's a retail replacement or an insurance claim, and it's written on the appointment so you show up with the right conversation. If you'd rather focus on one, say so at setup.
Are the roofing appointments shared with other roofers?
No. Each appointment goes to one roofer — you — and we cap how many roofers we take in each area. Nobody else gets a call about that house from us.
Do you book commercial roofing?
The program books residential homeowners. Commercial roofing runs on bids, property managers and a very different sales cycle, and we'd rather say no than book you meetings that don't fit.
How is this different from buying roofing leads?
A lead is a form someone filled out. An appointment is a homeowner who answered, owns the house, wants the work, and has the decision-maker home at a time you agreed to. You never pay for a no-show.
Is roofing still open in your area?
Limited roofing contractors per area. Tell us where you work — straight answer, real numbers.
